The University of Utah and PepsiCo have formed a long-term partnership. In that partnership, PepsiCo would like to support the mission of the University and Campus Community. As part of our partnership, funds provided by Pepsi have been set aside to assist departments and organizations in accomplishing their goals. This includes events, outreach activities, and many more OneU efforts. Funds are set aside each semester on a one-time basis. Our goal is to spread the limited funds across campus each semester. In an effort to provide an opportunity for the campus community to utilize available product donations and sponsorship/cash donations from our current contract, Auxiliary Services has created an online request tool to manage this process.
Pepsi Product & Cooler Donation Requests
Product donation requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your desired delivery date. Due to delivery constraints, your order must be for at least five cases (ten 12 packs or five 24 packs). Donation funds are limited. Submitting a request does not guarantee the product will be available.
Brand Experience Rental Request
The brand experience trailer, inflatables, and games are available for rental. Rates are dependent on event location, staffing, and availability. All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event.
Pepsi Sponsorship Requests
Sponsorship requests are granted upon approval from a committee appointed to distribute these available funds each year. There is a limited amount of funds each year for these requests, so please provide as much detail as possible.
